Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy is a form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the client and it is my preferred way of working. Over the last 15 years, I have been trained in many modalities and have acquired the necessary skills to be able to tailor the model to fit my patient and not the other way around.

Integrative therapy is a much more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy. It allows the therapist to use the appropriate tools and offer a tailored and most effective approach.

Integrative therapy can be applied for short term or longer term work, depending on the needs and complexity and can be used to treat any number of psychological problems and disorders.
