Online/remote therapy
Online therapy has been increasingly popular since Covid-19 and people have reported finding it equally helpful and beneficial. It has now become the preferred modality for many clients. It also enables clients to access therapy from wherever they are based. Online therapy allows you to fit your appointments around your other commitments without having to travel to sessions, saving this extra time for yourself as well as the travelling cost.
You can easily access online therapy from home or the office, as long as you have access to a reliable internet connection and a private space that offers your confidentiality. I use secure online platforms i.e. Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference. I also offer telephone based therapy if preferred.
